Execute following mysql query in your seo panel database

UPDATE searchengines SET regex = ‘(.*?)<\\/a><\\/h2>.*?(.*?)<\\/p>‘ WHERE url like ‘%bing.com%’

This will fix the issue with bing in seo panel.
